Upon full payment, clients will own the custom code and solutions developed specifically for their project, excluding pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools.

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without written consent, except as required by law.

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for services
